Ngoc joined AMC in January of 2016. She found her passion for animals when she decided to take an Animal Science course at Merced College. Ngoc graduated from CSU Fresno State in 2015 with her Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science, Pre-Veterinary. She plans to continue her education and pursue her degree in Veterinary Medicine.

She believes that every animal is special in their own way and that every animal deserves all the proper care in the world.

On her spare time she likes to read and learn new skills.
