Useful Information & Forms

Patient Arrival Policy

If you are new to our office, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so we can serve you more efficiently.

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate by appointment. Emergency cases will always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delays are inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

For your own safety and to protect others, dogs must be on a leash and cats must be presented in an appropriate carrier or on a leash.

Please inform our staff before bringing animals with signs of respiratory infections (i.e. coughing or sneezing) or gastrointestinal infections (i.e. vomiting or diarrhea) into the waiting or exam areas. We will take any animal that might have a contagious respiratory or gastrointestinal illness to a separate area for evaluation and treatment, as appropriate. This helps prevent spreading serious illnesses to other pets. Thank you!

Pet Insurance

Many pet owners are now purchasing pet insurance to help them afford health care for their pet family members. We recommend the following pet insurance companies:

Trupanion

ASPCA

Please research each pet insurance company you consider, to be sure it offers the right plan for you and your pet. Keep in mind that pet insurance does not work the same as human insurance. Services provided are paid in full at the time of the visit. Pet Insurance will reimburse the client based off of a claim form. Be sure to know the steps required for your particular insurance company.
